january 6th

some people say they hate mondays...i hate tuesdays.

since we are having work done on our basement i thought it might not be a good idea if lilo was there freaking out and she might fall. so my mom offered for me to bring her to their house for the day. 

i got done around 2-ish and stopped at my parents house to pick up lilo and visited with  my mom for a little bit and went home around 3:30...hoping the contractor would be done for the day and luckily he was. 

i was really excited because i am able to go to bible study tonight! i haven't been there in a couple of weeks and i need to re-fresh my mind on the study we're doing. it's through a book called captivating. it comes with a book and study guide and a dvd episode we watch each week. we meet every tuesday in a ladies house in elk horn at 6:30 pm. the gals from exira that go all meet at my house around 6-6:15-ish. we take turns driving, there's just four of us from exira. 

anyways... there were only two of us this week. it felt so good to get back in the swing of bible study. i can't explain the feeling. each of the women in the study are amazing. truly amazing! each person brings a different view and the knowledge they have is incredible. i only wish that someday i will have as much spiritual knowledge as them. it ran a little late and we got home around 10-ish. i was super tired and took my meds and gave lilo hers and we cuddle up, called it a night and went to bed.
