here is my wonderful mouth guard...we'll see if it helps.

ah, monday morning came to soon. normal monday. it was good. i went to the bank during my lunch break and then to steffenies good eats. i really like her restaurant. i had some kind of mexican shrimp wrap with mexican shrimp soup that was so darn tasty! she has such a way with food. and my dad was in elk horn at the same time as me and he treated me to lunch. i had to be in atlantic for a therapy appointment at 3 pm...which i would have totally forgotten unless i would not have went to the bank and was digging though my wallet...and came across the appointment card. 

while i was in atlantic i had to pick up body wash for matt and i decided to get a mouth guard thing because i guess i've been grinding my teeth during the night. not good.  so we'll see if it helps.

i got home and decided to make soup. i've been wanting to try this tortilla soup recipe. i was super yummy and simple. we had dinner and went down to our basement to see the work that was done during the day by a contractor...our basement leaks sometimes and we decided we had better get it fixed since i have expensive equipment down there. and so far the basement wall looks amazing! i think we'll be very happy with it.

i did my usual night routine and tidy up a bit and read a little and went to bed.
