a gift from becca!

becca is visiting today! 

i slept in today and becca got here around 11:30-ish. we decided to go to the egg krate in elk horn and then do lunch at steffenies. we get to the egg krate and it's closed! the owners are on vacation and get back tuesday. this is the second time this has happened to her, i guess she isn't supposed to go there... darn it. so we have lunch at steffenies and becca really liked it and for dessert we split a piece of cheesecake. i think her cheesecake is better than the cheesecake factories... and becca agreed with me. it's the bestest!

next we went to carroll to do some shopping. we didn't really have any thing certain we were looking for, so that makes it even more fun. we went to the buckle and realized we're to old to shop there and wandered around shopping all afternoon. 

on the way back to exira, the roads were getting crappy... i stayed calm. i think becca was more nervous than me. i think she said that she was nervous for me... or something like that.

we were going to go to a movie or dinner but decided to take it easy and order her favorite pizza, which is taco and play the game apples to apples! matt and cory played with us and we all had a good time.
