black bean and mango salsa.
church today and then matt and i went to atlantic to run some errands and get some groceries. we got home and then did some work and cleaning in the basement. we're still on the "get rid of stuff" theme.
there was a 4-h meeting today at 5 pm. it went fine. then when i got home a made a new salsa recipe, black bean and mango salsa. it turned out pretty good. i usually don't follow recipes, i like to make it my own and since this recipe called for tabasco sauce and jalepeno, i opted to leave them out. oh, just in case you are at a store and are trying to find the mangos... they're are green, not orange in color like i thought. jeeperz, i felt like i was 5.
we watched some tv and called it a night.
