corned beef and cabbage that i had for the first time!
happy st. patrick's day today! mel and i had lunch at larsen's pub today, they were serving corned beef and cabbage and since i'd never had it before she insisted we go. i've always been skeptical of corned beef but i tried it and enjoyed it very much. then i practiced on a "dummy" in my studio for a bit and worked out some lighting kinks that i was struggling with. i went to bible study tonight and was out of it. i was so tired and had so much on my mind the entire night, i just couldn't get into it. there was a new girl close to my age there tonight, she was really nice and very knowledgeable of the chapter. i got home to find matt already sleeping. i went to give him a kiss and felt that he was sweating and the sheets, pillows and comforter were all wet with sweat. i woke him up and he said that he has what i had last week and it came upon him super fast like it did me. i hope he feels better tomorrow. more tomorrow...
